The formula
Capacity = floor(Team members × Available hours × Delivery allocation / Hours per client); Required people = ceil(Target clients × Hours per client / Delivery hours per person).
Worked example
5 people × 160 hours × 65% delivery allocation provide 520 delivery hours, enough for 13 clients at 40 hours each. Serving 15 needs 6 people, one more than today.
